Coronavirus FAQ

Welcome back – we’ve missed you!

Visit safely
We’re now so excited to be able to offer a full programme of shows and hope that you will feel safe to come out once again and support your local venue. If you are still a little bit wary, watch out for social media updates or keep an eye out on our website to find out which shows will be live streamed, so you can join in on the fun from your own living room! Things will be a lot more normal, however please rest assured that will still focus on giving you the very best experience whilst making sure that events are run in a safe and sensible manner.

Measures we’ve introduced so far include:
- The venue is open for pre-booked classes and events only
- Clear signage
- Regular and thorough cleaning
- Hand sanitiser stations
- We encourage buying tickets in advance. Tickets can be booked online and printed via email or you can present your e-ticket.
- Table service on some cabaret layouts to avoid the queues. Please have The Harlington app downloaded before coming, you can download this on the app or play store.
- Where possible we ask that payments are contactless
- Passive air handling system, drawing outside air and regularly circulating. The venue will feel colder as we move into the colder months so you may want to bring an extra layer.

Opening times
We are only open to customers who have a pre-booked class and events.

Booking a ticket
Pre-booking is essential. You can do that online, or give us a call Mon-Fri 10am-5pm and Saturdays 10am-3pm 01252 811009.

We ask that if you, or any of your party have symptoms of COVID-19, have tested positive or been told to self-isolate that you do not attend.

Attendees are encouraged to take a lateral flow test prior to attending an event at the venue. This is not enforceable, however we are doing all we can to protect our audiences and staff, whilst ensuring we’re able to continue to operate in a safe manner.

When you and your party arrive you will be asked the following at the door:
- In the last 7 days have you had any Covid-19 symptoms.
- In the last 21 days have you tested positive for Covid-19.
- In the last 21 days have you been asked to self-isolate by the NHS track and trace system.

If we are required by any government guidance or restrictions to cancel a performance, tickets may be exchanged or refunded, please support us by exchanging your ticket.

Keep others safe
Our staff will be asked to do regular tests. Unless exempt they will be wearing face coverings when walking around the building and in close contact with others. We will have protective screens up around the box office and the bars. Although it is not compulsory we do encourage customers to wear face coverings as they walk around the building.

When you arrive
We would appreciate your support to prevent the further spread of COVID-19, keeping our venue safe. Whilst track and trace is no longer mandatory, we will be encouraging customers to continue to check in using the NHS track and trace app.
