Rapunzel the Pantomime – A Hair-Raising Adventure!
Get ready for a magical, musical extravaganza as the classic fairytale Rapunzel is brought to life like never before in this laugh-out-loud pantomime full of fun, romance, and outrageous antics!
Locked away in a tower by the wicked sorceress Gothel, the beautiful and brave Rapunzel dreams of a bigger and better life beyond her walls. With her impossibly long hair and an even longer list of questions about the world, all she needs is someone sweet to support her to achieve her dreams. When Jack climbs Rapunzel’s tower instead of the beanstalk to hide from the determined PC Gonemad, her adventure begins – with a hilarious hairdresser Dame, catchy songs, and a host of surprises along the way!

Rapunzel is brought to you by Starburst Theatre, an arm of Starburst Foundation which supports the local community in a variety of ways, raising money, awareness, teaching, community support, performing, developing life skills, bolstering children’s confidence, and helping disadvantaged children.
Who are Starburst;
Starburst is a registered children’s charity aiming to support children with special needs in the Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire borders.
How it all began…
Starburst Theatre Company was formed in 1991 as a result of successful theatre productions which raised money for local children’s charities.
Over the years, the Theatre Company donated tens of thousands of pounds and so, in 2005 Starburst formed its own registered children’s charity.
What does Starburst do today?
Since formation, Starburst has continued to donate directly to children who need specialized equipment in order to assist with their daily lives.
Starburst prides itself in helping to enrich the lives of local children through providing bespoke or specialized equipment. In the past 5 years, Starburst has made a number of donations of this kind, all of which have resulted in building self esteem, improving confidence or providing independence.
Today Starburst raises money through a variety of different ways, such as:
Starburst Theatre Company who perform regular shows
Starburst Hire – with costume and technical hire (e.g. – sound and lighting hire)
Attending local events
Hosting events such as quiz nights
Donations from the public
Sponsored events
Company sponsorship
